Lrt3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document provides a comprehensive overview of the terms governing use of the lrt3 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.
These terms apply to all lrt3 users in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the lrt3 platform in any way, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the lrt3 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and lrt3 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Users who are below the minimum age required under Malaysian law are not permitted to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on lrt3. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — secure. lrt3 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. lrt3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and failure to comply may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
- One account per person — account sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
- Report any suspicious activity to the lrt3 support team immediately.
- Lrt3 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Lrt3 users are required to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with the rules set out herein. Any attempt to exploit the system, hack, or disrupt platform operations is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The following activities are prohibited on the lrt3 platform and may result in account closure and further action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play.
- Colluding with other users to exploit bonus or game systems.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
- Threatening, harassing, or causing harm to other users or lrt3 staff.
Lrt3 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including restricting or closing accounts without compensation.
Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the lrt3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, active, and registered in their own name.
Lrt3 accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, bank transfers, and recognised e-wallets. Processing times vary depending on the method selected.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits in place at the time of the transaction.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified account registered in the name of the account holder.
- Lrt3 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification where required.
- All transactions are final once confirmed — cancellations after confirmation are not permitted.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility.
In the event of any transaction dispute, users are required to notify the lrt3 support team within 30 days of the transaction date in question.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Lrt3 is not liable for any financial loss, indirect loss, or consequential damages incurred by users as a result of using the platform, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control. All betting activities carry financial risk, which is borne entirely by the user.
We do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors or disruptions. In the event of unavoidable maintenance or technical issues, lrt3 will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible.
Intellectual Property
All content on the lrt3 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of lrt3 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from lrt3.
Third-Party Links
The lrt3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. lrt3 does not control the content of those sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices, security, or content. Use of such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Lrt3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. In the event of a justified closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the user upon completion of investigation, subject to current policy.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the lrt3 support team. All requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once identity verification has been completed.
Changes to Terms
Lrt3 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the lrt3 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
